Summary: Having to drop off our car and then find our own baggage cart set a bad tone for me. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. The restaurant staff and food was good. The overall condition is dated. Getting our car in order to leave took 30 minutes and again there were no bellman to help with bags. Don't think it was worth the money.

Summary: This is the second time in a matter of two weeks that I stayed here and it doesn't disappoint. The room service, timely, staffing amazing I kept getting locked out and staff personally left desk to bring me a key rather than wait for elevator to come down. Great parking. Good window vibes, window views and softest bed ever. Great place for a mini me time get away.

Summary: Front Desk Staff were friendly, helpful( and very kind. The restaurant, however, at dinner was severally understaffed and took over 45 minutes to get three sandwiches. The waitress/bartender also complained to us that she was doing all the work and her coworker was unhelpful. It was unprofessional, wasted more time after had already waited quite a while for her to simply greet us and bring menus, and was confusing because our party of three was only 1 of 4 parties at dinner at the time. After returning at midnight from a concert our room was 75 degrees. The AC was broken. I called the front staff and they immediately arranged to switch our room. It was frustrating to pack up again at midnight and move but they didn’t hesitate to get us in a room with working AC. Breakfast room service was so friendly with ordering. So fast. Delicious and fresh. Overall, hotel was clean, nice, guest services go above and beyond. Dinner service needs help.
